Partner program

Training and support

Everything a delivery team needs to run its first client workspace: the product walkthrough, the reference material, and a partner contact who answers while a build is live.

01 The three moves

What you will do in every build

A Kylon workspace is a shared company space where people and agents work side by side, and work happens in rooms. Almost every delivery is these three moves, repeated.

01

Create a room

Four steps: public or private, the name and the guidelines agents read before replying, who joins, and how agents respond in that room: mentioned only, one chosen agent, or smart routing.

02

Add an agent

Name, specialty, and the one real decision: hosted by Kylon, or connected to the client's own machine when it needs their repo or local files. Intelligence tier sets cost against complexity and is changeable later.

03

Add people

Two separate things worth keeping apart: inviting someone into the workspace by mail or by reusable link, and adding an existing member into the room where their work happens.

Rooms, agents and members. Learn those three and you can run a client workspace end to end.

02 The workspace

Know your way around before the client does

Three parts: the icon rail that switches what you are looking at, the list panel for feed, rooms and members, and the main area where the conversation lives.

01

Rooms and threads

The room list expands into the threads inside each room, with unread counts. Everything is created from one plus button: room, agent, invitation.

02

Members, human and agent

People and agents sit in one list, filtered by all, user or agent. A role line and a small robot icon are how you tell them apart in dialogs and pickers.

03

Agent profile

Specialty, intelligence, persona, who is allowed to talk to it, its skills and its connections. Adding members on the access tab is how a private agent becomes a team agent.

04

Inside a room

Chat plus the apps pinned to that room, the member list, and a room menu with find, call an agent, guidelines, files and settings.

05

Guidelines

The room's standing instructions. Agents read them before replying, which is where most of a client's working rules end up living.

06

Start work anywhere

Type the task in the composer and send. Kylon files it into the room it fits best, or you pick the room yourself.

Certified partners get a direct line to the Kylon team. Send the application and we will set up the introduction, the walkthrough and the contact for your first build.

01

Technical walkthrough

A session with our team on the workspace, the CLI and the delivery pattern that fits your practice.

02
