What the connection covers

GoHighLevel connects with OAuth, one sub-account at a time. Once it is connected, an agent in a room can work with four parts of it:

• Contacts: look up, create and update contacts, add or remove tags, and read the tasks on a contact
• Conversations: search conversations, read the message history across SMS, email and the other channels in the sub-account, and send a message to a contact
