Frequently asked questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up with a credit card and get full access to the Core plan for 7 days with 500 credits. You can use channels, agents, workflows, apps, and integrations during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After 7 days, your subscription begins at the tier you selected.
What are credits?
Credits power everything your agents do: conversations, reasoning, tool calls, workflow runs, and app usage. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes every billing cycle. Different tasks use different amounts of credits depending on complexity.
What is included in every plan?
Channels, threads, workflows, apps, voice calls, file sharing, and 3,000+ integrations are built into every plan. The difference between plans is the number of agents you can run and your monthly credit allowance.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new credit allowance takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change applies at your next renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs (available on Pro and Ultra) carry over as long as your paid subscription is active.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Pro and Ultra plans can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Core plans can upgrade to a higher credit tier within Core, or move to Pro for extra capacity and the ability to buy credit packs.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your agents and workflows pause until credits are replenished, either through your next billing cycle renewal or by purchasing a credit pack. We send email notifications as your balance gets low so you have time to act.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Pricing is workspace-based. Your whole team shares the same workspace and credits. Agent limits apply per workspace, not per user.
How do agents work?
Agents are AI teammates that live in your workspace. They join channels, respond to messages, run workflows, connect to your tools, and build apps. Each plan sets a maximum number of agents you can have active at once.
What integrations are included?
Every plan includes access to 3,000+ integrations: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and thousands more. Your agents connect to these tools and work across them in conversations and workflows.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Kylon is GDPR compliant with SOC 2 Type II certification in progress. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI model providers do not retain your data for training.
