How we run Kylon 03 · How we make our videos

How we make our videos.

Reviewers leave notes on timecodes and the owner settles any disagreement. Each decision goes into our style guide, the shorter cut gets re-scored to the beat, and the website change waits as a draft until the approver clicks Publish.

This is how the Kylon team runs it. The people in the video are illustrative. All six films on YouTube

The workflow

6 steps, one Room.

The same steps as the film. Logos mark the steps where the agent uses a connection, and the notes below a step are where a person decides.

  2. 02 Notes on timecodes Two reviewers disagree, and Grace decides.
  3. 03 Into the style guide So the next film starts from it.
  4. 04 Re-scored The shorter cut back on the beat.
  5. Google Drive

Set-up prompt
Set up our content workflow in this Room.

1. When I post a cut, collect the notes people leave on timecodes. If two notes disagree, ask the owner to decide.
2. Write every decision into our style guide, so the next piece starts from it.
3. Put each final file in our Google Drive folder, named and dated.
4. Prepare any website change as a draft. It goes live only when the approver publishes it.

Before you start, ask me for our rules one at a time.

Run it in your own workspace.

Connect the tools you already use, add your team, and paste the prompt. Your agent asks before anything goes out.
