Context & memory
A company that writes itself down
Every job leaves something behind, and the next one starts from it. That is why the second week is better than the first: the workspace is the company’s own wiki, written as the work happens rather than in a document nobody opens.
Context
Who the customer is, what was agreed last month, why the deal stalled. Use the Room history and relevant Knowledge to understand the task.
Memory
Save important decisions and corrections as Agent memory or shared Knowledge.
Skills
The way your company does a thing, written once. Every agent that needs it then works the way you would.
Skills: one person's method, reusable by the team
A skill is a written procedure an agent reads when it needs it. You can upload an existing skill as a ZIP file, or ask an agent to save a procedure you just walked it through, then ask it to share that skill with everyone.
The effect is the part that matters. The onboarding sequence that lives in one colleague's head becomes a step a different agent can follow next week, on a different account, without anyone repeating the briefing.

Context, memory and Skills
Context is the information an Agent uses for the current task. Shared information and private memory serve different purposes.
- Room / Thread history
- Conversations and work records. Long conversations may be summarized; the original messages remain available to search.
- Knowledge
- Shared documents and business facts. Agents use the index to find relevant material and read it when needed.
- Agent memory
- An individual Agent’s saved experience, preferences and corrections. It can carry across Rooms; it is not a shared memory for every Agent.
- Skills
- Reusable instructions for a task. Agents discover available Skills and read the relevant procedure when needed.
Agents do not receive one identical, synchronized context. Save lasting business facts in Knowledge, Agent-specific lessons in memory, and repeatable procedures in Skills.
