Kylon brings people and Agents together in shared conversations. Rooms keep the conversation, files and decisions for a team or project together. About the Workspace.
What is a Room?
A Room is a place for work on a team or project. People and Agents appear in its member list. For your first task, choose the Room where that work belongs. Rooms and members.
What is a thread?
A thread keeps a focused discussion with the thing it is about, such as a message, file, App or App record. Use the existing thread when you are continuing that discussion. How threads work.
For example, discuss changes to a draft in its thread rather than starting a separate conversation for every edit. This is a suggested way to keep the feedback easy to follow.
What is an Agent?
An Agent is a workspace teammate with a name and specialty. You can mention an Agent in a Room and continue the work in the thread. About Agents.
Where should I start?
Try a small, specific task: ask an Agent to turn notes into a checklist, summarize a document, or improve a short draft. State what you need and point to the material it should use.
If you are unsure whether you need a conversation, an App or an Automation, explain the outcome first. Ask the Agent to suggest the simplest way to do it.
