If a preview does not open, start with the link you were given and record what the page shows. A missing preview, a loading error and a page you cannot access are different problems. Ask the Agent to check the preview state before requesting a rebuild. Learn more: Kylon Apps.

What to do

  1. Open the most recent preview link from the App’s discussion.
  2. Record the visible error, the time and the device or browser.
  3. Ask the Agent to verify that the preview is ready and that the link points to the intended draft.
