A page is part of the App’s interface; a record is an individual item of information, such as a task or event. A request to change a page layout differs from a request to change one record’s values. Name both when reporting an issue so the Agent can locate the right target. Learn more: Kylon Apps.

What to do

  1. Identify which page you are using.
  2. If the issue concerns one item, include its human-readable name.
  3. Say whether the change should apply only to that item or to the whole interface.

On the Events page, the workshop called Customer onboarding has the wrong date. Correct that event only; do not change the page layout.
