Give the Agent an explicit rule for unknown details. For example, ask it to use “not confirmed” for missing dates and to separate recommendations from facts. This is especially useful when turning incomplete notes into a polished draft that might otherwise look final. Learn more: Working with Agents.

What to do

  1. Identify which source should be treated as authoritative for the task.
  2. Explain what to write when a required detail is absent.
  3. Review names, dates, amounts and conclusions against the source.

Example

Use only the attached notes. Mark missing owners as not assigned and unanswered questions as open. Do not turn suggestions into decisions.
