1 日、12 名から 30 名の経営者。全員が自分の手で作った社内アプリを持ち帰ります。パートナーがどのように開催しているかを、参加者の選び方、当日の進行、当日使う資料の順にまとめます。
事前アンケートと、テンプレートの準備
当日の質を決めるのは 2 つ、どちらも前週までに終わります。参加者が何を持ってくるかと、ワークスペースに何が入っているかです。

事前アンケート
参加者全員に当日までご回答いただきます。実際に繰り返している社内業務を 1 つと、匿名化した少量のサンプルデータ。全員が同じ設問に答えるので、11:15 に持ち寄ったものを並べて比べられます。

アプリのテンプレートを先に入れておく
テンプレート、サンプルデータ、構築に必要な連携は、ワークショップ用ワークスペースにあらかじめ入れておきます。構築の時間は 90 分です。火曜日にできた準備に使うべきではありません。

誰が参加するか
12 社から 30 社、経営者または共同創業者ご本人。代理の方は内容を追えますが、業務を変える判断はできません。判断することがこの日の目的です。
AI Discovery Survey Kit
ワークショップの前に、参加者の事業、業務、AI で改善したいことを対話で集めます。キットには、参加者向けの問診 App と、チームが回答を確認する非公開の受信箱 App が含まれます。

Read README.md, skill/SKILL.md and the referenced build guide and conversation logic. Add the supplied skill as a custom skill and use its visitor App and inbox App templates. Ask me for my workshop audience, brand, interview purpose, questions and privacy wording before building. Create a suitable Room for this project, then build two draft Apps: a visitor-facing conversational questionnaire and a private team inbox for the intended Room members. The questionnaire should collect name and email, ask one or two questions at a time about the company, its business processes, revenue-driving work and AI opportunities, and save structured answers plus a summary. The inbox should let our team read those answers and conversations, take over from the AI, and hand back to it. Use fictional data for the demonstration. Show me both drafts and check that answers reach the inbox. Let me review the content, data access and privacy wording before publishing.

チームの受信箱
受信箱で参加者の回答を確認できます。Human に切り替えると AI が停止し、人が返信します。AI に戻すと対話を引き継ぎます。
目的は Kylon を理解することではありません。職場に持ち帰る最初のものを作ることです。
