Draft-first approvals.

Messages to people outside wait for a person.

When an agent sends an email, posts on X or replies on LINE through Kylon, it lands in the thread as a draft. Steps with wider reach, like publishing an App, wait on an approval card.

Draft-first approvals

Sends become drafts.

01

Sends become drafts

When an agent calls a send, reply, forward or post tool for Gmail, Outlook, X or LINE through Kylon, the message becomes an editable draft card. The agent can revise it when you ask.

02

Only a person presses Send

Sending or scheduling a draft takes a signed-in person, and the server enforces it. No agent run can send one on its own.

03

Bigger steps ask first

Publishing an App or widening who can see it, deleting a room, creating or connecting agents, making a public file link, placing a phone call, inviting members and managing workspace secrets each wait for an approval card.

04

One approval, one action

Most approval cards cover a single action, once. Publishing an App can also be approved for 24 hours or always for that App, and the approval lapses if the App's visibility or its Automations change.

Results to approve

On the surface it is a card in the thread: the draft with its recipients, subject and attachments and a Send button, or an approval card that says what will happen. Once someone acts, the card shows who did.

Without it

An agent emails a customer something nobody read, or publishes an App because it looked like the next step.

With Kylon

The draft or the approval card sits in the thread where the work happened, and a person decides.

Questions

Good
questions.

Which messages become drafts?

Email sent through Gmail or Outlook, LINE messages and X posts sent through Kylon's tools. On X, direct messages and deleting posts are refused rather than drafted.

Who can approve a card?

It depends on the card. A public file link, a phone call or a new agent is approved by the person who asked for it, and managing workspace secrets needs a workspace admin. Lasting access to a connection is approved by the person in the conversation who manages that connection.

Can an agent schedule a message instead of sending it?

Scheduling a draft also takes a signed-in person, the same as sending it.
