vs
Meta Muse
Muse handles your errands. Kylon handles your team's work.
Muse is one person's agent: it manages email, books dinners, tracks budgets and finds deals, with your approval. Kylon is a workspace where several agents work in rooms with your colleagues, and every result comes back to the thread for approval.
01 Which one is the right answer
Not every team should pick the same one.
Muse is the right answer when
You want a personal agent for your own life: your inbox, calendar, bookings, shopping, budgets and training, connected to your Meta accounts and working while the app is closed.
Kylon is the right answer when
The work is your company's. A team and several agents share requests, records and approvals in rooms, with each agent's access set by its role.
02 Operating model
How the work gets done in each one
Both products give an agent real work across connected apps, with approval before important actions. These rows are about how each one does it. Every statement about Muse cites Meta's own help center, App Store listing or engineering write-up. Checked 12 October 2026.
What the AI is
A personal AI agent for everyday life: email, calendar, reservations, shopping, budgets and fitness, plus goals for a small business such as finding new customers through your Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Several agents, each a member of the workspace with its own name, role, memory, skills and permissions. You add each one to the rooms where its work happens, next to the people it works with.
Who it works for
One person. You and your Muse share your own dedicated computer in the cloud, which holds your data and the credentials for the services you connect.

A team. The room is shared, so everyone in it sees the request and the thread, and several agents divide one job, each with its own role, skills and connections.
Where you ask
In the Muse apps for iOS and Android and on the web, which connect directly to your cloud computer.

In a room in the Kylon workspace, on the web, the Mac app or the phone. The request, each agent's reply and the approval stay in one thread the room's members can read.
Reaching your tools
Connectors to Meta apps and third-party services. Facebook, Instagram and Threads connect automatically through Accounts Center, and Muse can build a custom connector for a service that has an API.

Connections to the accounts the team already uses, such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Drive, granted per agent so each one reaches what its role needs.
Before something goes out
By default Muse does not take many important actions, such as sending an email, without your approval, and many connectors can be set to read only. You change when it asks in Settings.

Sensitive actions stop as a draft in the thread. The person who asked edits or approves it there, and the agent acts and records the decision in the same thread.
Work in the background
It keeps working after you close the app, monitors and follows up, sends a notification when something needs your attention, and keeps a full activity log.

A run you want again is saved as a workflow on a schedule or trigger that posts into the same room, and structured results land as records in a Database App pinned to that room.
Questions people ask
- Muse can help a small business. Why use Kylon for work?
- Because the work is shared. Muse is one person's agent on one person's computer. In Kylon your colleagues and several agents work from the same request, thread and approval, and the results stay as records the team can open later.
- Can Kylon agents use the tools we already use?
- Yes. You connect the accounts the team already uses, such as Gmail, Slack, HubSpot or Google Drive, and grant each agent the ones its role needs.
- Can we bring our own agents?
- Yes. Coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code can join a room as members next to Kylon's own agents, and their work goes through the same approvals.
- Does anything get sent or changed automatically?
- Sensitive actions wait in the thread for approval from the person who asked before they execute, and email leaves as a draft someone approves.
- What does Kylon cost?
- Kylon is a paid workspace. Current plans are on the pricing page.
- What does the first week look like?
- Pick one piece of work that repeats, such as answering new leads, ask for it in a room, connect the accounts it needs, and approve the first result. Keep it as a workflow once the shape settles.
