GoHighLevel + Kylon: Your team and its agents on one pipeline

Connect your GoHighLevel sub-account to a Kylon room. Your team and its agents work from the same contacts, conversations, calendars and opportunities, and every step shows up in the thread.

Kylon TeamProduct

GoHighLevel is where the leads land. The form fill, the text thread with a prospect, the booked call and the deal stage all sit in one sub-account. The work around them happens in other places: the team talks it through in chat, someone checks the calendar, and someone else remembers that this lead asked about pricing last week.

Connect GoHighLevel to a Kylon room and that work happens in one place. The team and its agents read the same contacts, the same conversations and the same pipeline, and every step shows up in the room.

A Kylon room. GoHighLevel is connected, the agent pulls prospects in the Proposal stage, drafts follow ups in Gmail that a person sends, and the Pipeline dashboard in the room updates.

Connect the sub-account, pull prospects, send follow ups from a connected Gmail account once a person approves them, then read the pipeline on the room's dashboard. Illustrative data.

What the connection covers

GoHighLevel connects with OAuth, one sub-account at a time. Once it is connected, an agent in a room can work with four parts of it:

  • Contacts: look up, create and update contacts, add or remove tags, and read the tasks on a contact
  • Conversations: search conversations, read the message history across SMS, email and the other channels in the sub-account, and send a message to a contact
  • Calendars: read the events and appointments in a date range, and the notes on an appointment
  • Opportunities: search the pipeline by stage, status or owner, read an opportunity, and update its stage, value or owner

You connect the account from your workspace, choose which rooms and which agents can use it, and can revoke it at any time. The agent works with the access the connected account already has.

Connect it to a room, so the whole team works from it

A lead in GoHighLevel is rarely one person's job. The setter books the call, the closer runs it, and the account manager picks it up after. In a Kylon room all three read the same thread, and the agent is a member of that room.

So when someone asks the agent a question, the answer and the records behind it land where everyone can read them. When the closer takes over, the context is already in the thread.

What a Monday looks like

Someone asks in the room: which opportunities in the Proposal stage have not heard from us in a week?

The agent searches the pipeline, reads the conversation history on each contact, and comes back with a list: who the lead is, the last message in either direction, the stage and the owner. Two leads replied over the weekend and are still waiting for an answer. One has a call on the calendar for Thursday.

For the two that replied, it writes a follow up in the thread. The owner reads it, changes a line, and tells the agent to send it. The agent sends the message through GoHighLevel, moves the opportunity to the next stage, and tags the contact so the rest of the team can see it was handled.

Why it helps a team

The pipeline is one part of the context. The rest is the pricing decision from last month, the note a teammate left after the call, and the file the client sent. In Kylon those live in the same room as the agent, so a follow up is written with all of it in view.

The work stays visible too. Anyone in the room can see what the agent read, what it wrote and what it changed in GoHighLevel, and can pick it up from there.

Getting started

Connect GoHighLevel from your workspace, add an agent to the room where your pipeline is discussed, and ask it which leads need a person today. Start with one sub-account and one room. When the question comes back every week, save it as a Kylon workflow that runs on Monday morning.
