STEP 03 OF 04

Run a Kylon workshop for your clients

Run this workshop for your clients to teach them how to use Kylon. Guide them through the basics, help them build an App for a real workflow, and show them how to bring it into their team’s daily work.

On the day

1-day Kylon workshop schedule

09:30–17:30. The morning builds a shared understanding of AI and Kylon, and helps each founder choose a real workflow. In the afternoon, everyone builds, tests and presents their own internal App.

Morning · See the opening

09:30–12:15
  1. Welcome

Goals for the day, the pace, and what counts as finished.

  2. AI × how companies work

From personal productivity to human + agent teams, and what that changes for a business.

  3. Kylon product walkthrough

Rooms, Agents, Connections, Workflows and Apps, walked through on a real scenario.

  4. Your own workflows

Each founder brings one real process. Together we find the slowest, leakiest, most agent-ready part of it.

  5. Lunch and pick your build

Decide over lunch what you are going to build in the afternoon.

Afternoon · Build it

13:15–17:30
  1. Frame the problem

Lock the user, the core action and what success looks like. Start from a template we prepared.

  2. Build sprint 1

Data model, key screens, and the first agent path running end to end.

  3. Walk the room

See how the others are doing it and take one idea back to your own build.

  4. Build sprint 2

Add sample data and automation, then shape the demo story.

  5. App share

Everyone demos: how the work happens today, how the app does it, what changes.

  6. Awards and next move

Pick the day's standouts and agree on the first review back at the office.
