13:15–17:30- Frame the problem
Lock the user, the core action and what success looks like. Start from a template we prepared.
- Build sprint 1
Data model, key screens, and the first agent path running end to end.
- Walk the room
See how the others are doing it and take one idea back to your own build.
- Build sprint 2
Add sample data and automation, then shape the demo story.
- App share
Everyone demos: how the work happens today, how the app does it, what changes.
- Awards and next move
Pick the day's standouts and agree on the first review back at the office.

Material used on the day
The host has the full narrative, participants have examples and a quick start. No build time lost hunting for reference.
Before the day
Get the setup out of the way, so the day itself belongs to the workflows and the people in the room.
Kylon and Partner
- Set up the workshop workspace and invite the participants.
- Preload templates, sample data and the connections needed.
- One host, plus a build coach for every 4 to 5 participants.
- Projector, timer, demo order and the awards.
Participants: owners and cofounders
- The owner or cofounder attends in person, not a delegate.
- Bring a laptop and sign in to Kylon beforehand.
- Bring one real, recurring internal workflow.
- Bring a little anonymised sample data. No sensitive customer information on the day.
The finish line

Suggested follow-up
Book a review one week after the workshop to confirm the real users, the first batch of data and the next automation. Trade one small win for internal adoption.
