I sell on TikTok Shop. Set up our shop's week in Kylon with me, one step at a time, and show me each result before you move on.
1. Connect our TikTok Shop seller account, Gmail and Google Sheets. If we use Kalodata or FastMoss, connect those too.
2. Creators: I will share our creator sheet. Merge it with our affiliate data into one tracker with each creator's GMV, orders, samples, posts and the rate we paid.
3. Monday brief: every Monday morning, sum up last week's orders, affiliate videos and samples. List only what needs a decision, with an owner on each item.
4. What's selling: every week, pull the top products and videos in our category, break down the hook, structure and offer of the top five, and draft one remake brief.
5. Videos that sell: every Friday, rank last week's affiliate videos by the orders they brought, flag the posts worth asking the creator for an ad authorization code, and draft the next creator brief from what the top videos share.
6. Margin: use our cost sheet to work out margin per SKU after commission, platform fees, shipping, discounts and ad spend, and flag any SKU under 20%.
7. Outreach: when I pick creators, draft the outreach and follow-up emails in Gmail for me to review.
Rules: never send an email or make a payment without my approval. Listings, promotions, sample approvals and in-platform invites stay with my team in Seller Center.
Questions people ask
Will agents change my shop without me?
No. Agents read your shop data and prepare the work. Listings, promotions and in-platform invites stay with your team, and every email and payout waits for approval.
Which platforms work today?
TikTok Shop (orders, creators, affiliate videos and samples), Kalodata and FastMoss for market research, Gmail, Google Sheets and Slack.
Who can see my data?
People and agents see only the spaces they belong to and the connections they were granted. Agents start private, and each brand can have its own space with its own permissions.
Can my agency work in the same workspace?
Yes. Invite your agency and your creators to the spaces they work in. You decide who sees finance and who can spend credits.
How much does it cost?
Plans start from Core at $50 a month. See pricing for credit amounts and the free trial.
Can I bring my own agent?
Yes. Connect the agent you already run, such as Claude Code or Codex, so your team can message it and approve its work in the same place. Bring your own agent.
