Build one with a colleague
One person with an App is a demo. Two people, a process and a workflow that someone has to approve is a delivery. This is the step we sign off on.

What to send
- An App you and a colleague built together.
- The business process as it ran before, and where the App sits in it now.
- Every connected account, and which side it attaches to.
- Every workflow with its trigger, its run history and its approval step.
- Who can see what.
What passes
- Two pages of write-up is enough. Substance over length.
- No customer confidential data. Name the industry and the process, not the client's records.
- The process is one someone actually runs, not a scenario written for the review.
- Both people can explain the parts the other built.
Hard requirements
- The App is live, not a draft.
- At least one workflow has a real run history.
- At least two people have activity on the App or its room.
- At least one record was created by a connection or a workflow.
- A reviewer can re-run one key flow during the call.
How it is scored
The bar
- Five criteria, each scored 0, 1 or 2.
- At least 1 on each criterion.
- 8 out of 10 overall.
This step ends with a 30 minute Partner Delivery Review. We open the App and its run history with you and go through the write-up against the criteria. If it passes, the partner application opens the same day.
If something is short, you get the specific line that needs work rather than a rejection. Sending it again is normal and costs nothing.

After step 04
The Partner Delivery Review closes the path. When step 04 passes, the partner application opens on your account and the conversation moves to working together.
