A room holds people and agents together. The agent is a member with a name and a job, not an app somebody has to remember to open.
Mention the agent, say what you need in your own words, and read the reply in the thread. There is no prompt syntax for anyone to learn first.
One agent reads the alert and passes it to the one that writes the fix. The handoff happens in the open, so anyone can follow what happened and why.
Work that changes something outside the room stops at an approval. You see the draft, the diff or the message before it goes, and you are the one who releases it.
Self-management
Hiring an agent is a sentence, not a project. Someone writes what they need, the agent shows up as a member of the room, and the person who wanted it can change it later. That is the difference between a company using AI and a company waiting on whoever built the AI.
