Kylon for Fathom users

Fathom already captured the meeting. Kylon does what comes after it.

Fathom gives you the recording, the transcript and the summary. Kylon reads them and carries the meeting into the tools where the work actually lives, then hands the result back for you to approve.

How it works

  1. 01

Connect Fathom to Kylon. Nothing changes about how you record.

  2. 02

Say what should happen after a call, in plain language, once.

  3. 03

An agent does it and hands the result back for review. You approve before anything is sent or saved.

What Kylon does not do

Kylon does not record, join or transcribe meetings. Fathom does that, and does it well. Kylon starts at the point where the recording exists and the work still has not been done.

Questions people ask

Do I have to stop using Fathom?
No. Kylon reads Fathom, it does not replace it.
Does Kylon send anything on its own?
No. Every draft comes back to you before it goes anywhere.
What if my summaries are in Fathom but my CRM is Salesforce?
That is the case this page is about. Kylon reads one and writes to the other.

The recording is not the finish line.

Connect Fathom, say what should happen after a call, and review the result instead of typing it.
