Step 03 · Build · hard boundaries · 1 of 2

A prompt can be talked around. The platform can't.

What the Agent tries

OttoSure, reading #finance now.

Platform access checkOutside the model, for people and Agents

✕
No access to #financeChecked as the person who asked

Four boundaries Kylon enforces

01

Who uses an Agent

Each Agent has its own access list. A new one starts with just its creator.

02

Who's in a Room

Private Rooms are invite only. An Agent reads as the person it works for.

03

Whose account

A Gmail or CRM login belongs to whoever connected it. Lasting use needs approval.

04

Who opens an App

Each App has its own database and rechecks the viewer on every call.

Workspace admins don't inherit private Rooms or Agents. Access changes need the named person to approve the card.

Step 03 · Build · hard boundaries · 2 of 2

Before inviting an Agent, askIf it remembered something here and told anyone on its access list, would that be a problem? No: shared AgentYes: its own Agent

A workflow Agent can run across departments from a shared Room and sit in their everyday Rooms. Hand only the sensitive step to that department's own Agent.

Step 04 · Run · monthly

Read the Room every week. Sort what came up.

Each week when you read the Room, decide: does this change belong in the guideline, the Wiki or a skill?

Step 04 · Run · lead to meeting booked

A workflow is never done on day one.

On paper, lead to meeting booked is six steps. Real bookings branch at every one of them.

So you ship the simple version and keep a loop running: the team flags a new case in the thread, the Agent updates the rule, and the next lead takes the new branch. Kylon is where that loop lives.

03

Cases to start with.

Three desks we run ourselves. On paper, and in a real business.

A real case · find creators together

A creator list is never one person's call.

On paper, finding creators is six steps. On a real team, four people each know a rule the others don't.

So the list improves every round: someone flags a case in the thread, the Agent turns it into a rule, and the creator App gets the new column. The next search starts where the last one ended.

The Agent updates the rule.

A real case · edit a video together

Feedback is never a one-time fix.

On paper, a video is brief, cut, feedback, final. With three reviewers, every note is one somebody will make again.

So the notes become the house style: reviewers comment on the file in one Room, the Agent adds each note to the rules, and the approved cut becomes the template. Video two starts with everything video one taught the team.

The Agent adds it to the house style.

A real case · run ads with an ads dashboard

No one designs the right dashboard on day one.

On paper, ads are budget, launch, read, cut, scale. In practice the budget owner keeps asking the same questions.

So the dashboard is built by those questions: the owner asks in the thread next to it, and anything asked twice becomes a column, a flag or a check. Every change to spend still waits for the owner.

On paper

Set the budget
