Acme's nightly export stopped at 02:14 on a timeout while reading orders. Their previous 30 exports passed. The orders table doubled this month.

The orders query reads the whole table in one pass, so Acme now runs past the timeout. I opened a pull request that pages it. Sam, it is ready for you.
