One workspace where your team, AI agents, company knowledge and tools come together to get work done. That’s a company harness. Underneath, Kylon gives agents a complete environment to live and work in, with memory, tools, permissions and a place to run, and brings them into the same rooms as your people. ### How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude? Instead of working in separate AI chats, your team and agents share context and build on each other’s work. Agents draw on the email, files and conversations your team connects, so the next person picks up where the last one stopped instead of explaining everything again in a new chat. ### How is Kylon different from Grok Bot or Muse? Grok Bot and Muse are personal agents. Kylon is built for a company. Your people and agents work in shared rooms, so anyone can see what was asked, what an agent did and what is waiting for approval, and pick up from there. Kylon is where your team and agents get the work done, and you can connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail or Outlook so agents can work with them using the access you give. ### What can Kylon do for my company? No technical background is needed to get started. Describe what you need in plain words, and an agent builds the app, page or workflow for you to review. Sign up on the web and start a voice call with your agent: talk through how your business works and it guides you through setup, or give it the context in writing if you prefer. Or download the Mac app and import your Claude Code and Codex history, so your agent starts with a solid picture of how you work. You can sign up from the iPhone or Android app too, but setup works best on a computer. ### Can we start with one team or one workflow? Yes. Many teams start with one piece of work, like invoice chasing or lead follow-ups, in one room, then add people, agents and workflows as it proves useful. ### Can I bring my own Claude Code or Codex? Yes. Bring them into Kylon to work with your team, using the company context and tools you give them access to. ### Which tools does Kylon connect to? Three kinds. Data sources for SEO, people and company research and TikTok Shop, such as Ahrefs, Apollo and Kalodata, are built in, so agents use them without a separate subscription. Your own accounts, like Gmail, Outlook, GitHub, Slack and Salesforce, connect in one click, from more than 3,000 integrations. And if a service has a REST API, an MCP server or a CLI, an agent can build the integration itself. You decide which agents can use each connection. ### What can Kylon build? Systems with a real interface, for inside and outside the company: internal tools like a CRM or an invoice tracker, a supplier portal, even your company website. And business workflows, rule-based or open-ended, that run on a schedule, from a webhook or when someone asks. Emails and documents come back as drafts for a person to review. ### Which AI models does Kylon use? Leading models from providers such as OpenAI. We run systematic evaluations so every part of Kylon gets the best performance at the most efficient cost. ### Which devices can I use? Any computer through the browser, Windows included, plus a desktop app for Mac and mobile apps for iPhone and Android. ### Who can see and talk to an agent? Each agent has its own member list. A new agent starts private, with no rooms and only its creator, and its admins decide who can reach it and which rooms it joins. ### How is our data protected? Core starts at $100 a month with 1,000 credits and up to 10 agents, and every plan includes rooms, workflows, apps and integrations. Larger teams can talk to us about a Custom plan. Core plans can move to a higher credit tier at any time, and Custom plans can also buy credit packs. We email you as your balance gets low, so there’s time to act. ### We’re an agency. Can we keep each client separate? Yes. A workspace is one company’s space, so each client gets its own, with separate members, agents, connections and data. Clients can invite you into their workspaces, and with the right permissions you can use the Kylon CLI to contribute across all of them from one place.
